How come some regular trucks got 8 tires?
Is that really nessasary? i don’t think they are comercial trucks. They just got huge tires. plus 8 of them. do they think they dominate the road?
maybe it was 6. cuz i saw 4 on the back.

I don’t know where you’ve ever seen a truck with 8 tires. A dually has 6 (2 on the front axle, and 4 on the back axle). i lot of them are because they pull a trailer a lot and the added tires allow for greater stability and payload.
to get more than that, you jump up to 10 tires (2 on the steering axle, and 2 on each side of the tandem rear axles). A tandem axle truck is rated as a commercial vehicle, but they can be privately licensed as not for hire. Individuals who often pull large trailers for their own private use often do this.
