JetLag Secrets Revealed

When most people think of jetlag, what comes to mind is usually basic information that’s not particularly interesting or beneficial. But there’s a lot more to jetlag than just the basics.

The more authentic information about jetlag you know, the more likely people are to consider you a jetlag expert. Read on for even more jetlag facts that you can share.

It’s no secret that traveling takes a toll on your body, but to be honest, jetlag is often one of the most misunderstood ailments. I cannot tell you the number of times i have heard about a “new jetlag remedy” that was supposed to be the cure all. Well, I am here today to expose jetlag for what it really is so you can avoid it. In addition I will show you a few things to steer clear form.

First off jetlag is simple a disruption in your bodies biological clock, plain and simple. Your body gets accustomed to a certain way of life over time and when that is changed your body has to adjust and this causes jetlag. Its not the air, the airline food, or the stewardess, although they all play a small role.

So being that we know why you feel jetlagged in a new time zone, we must do some things that will allow us to get back to normal so we are not awake at 4 am any more watching infomercials.

First, you need to be active during the day for two reasons. One, activity makes you tired, easy enough. Two, the sunlight you get from being outside is a natural hormone that aides in the regulation of your bodies natural sleep cycles, so you can fall asleep when it gets dark out. This is also why you feel so tired after a long day in the sun, well that and the eight games of volleyball and case of beers.

Next, make sure you are taking care of your body by keeping it hydrated and feeding it quality food. As always, you want to drink about a gallon of water a day for optimal hydration. In addition, stay away from high sugar foods which can cause you to crash. Instead look for high protein and good carbohydrate foods such as granola bars or legumes (beans to the layperson). These will give you sustained energy throughout the day, but not keep you up at night.

Finally, you might want to employ the use of a travel supplement. Now there are a great many out there that vary in their claims, We actually only recommend the one below, but have tried many of the other names out there and have found some similar results.

Because a lot of the “jetlag remedies” are homeopathic or tincture in nature the effects are a bit up in the air if not placebo. We look for a supplement with proven ingredients to help you regulate your sleep cycles and hopefully boost your immune system as well.

You always want to keep your immune system up when traveling as a disruption in your circadian rhythms can put you at greater risk for infection.

Good luck out there and enjoy your travels.

That’s the latest from the jetlag authorities. Once you’re familiar with these ideas, you’ll be ready to move to the next level.

We have tested all the remedies available and this is the only jetlag remedy we recommend.

    Don’t even need to take still, just video the whole thing, then when you edit it, speed up the boring parts to .. say .. 5 times the normal speed. Then slow down again when you get to the interesting part.

  2. Pimpmastahanhduece says:

    thats why before and after pictures are bullshit. theres no reason they cant take stills for a time lapse.

    The reason why people tend to get “angry” over something like that, is because when you make a claim, you have to show proof of your claim, and if you in any way mess with the proof, you invalidate it. thus you have no proof … after all, anything could have happened in between those two shots.

    Better to show the whole thing in a single sitting/camera angle and speed up the boring parts.

    As for me, I think they look neat. :)

    Yes, the video is not showing intire pulling out.
    Lasted few minutes more than showed, but is not fake or tricked.
    This video was made in rush because of large request to show chains on snow.
    Is not a comertial video with intentions to sell, but the video where we proudly show our invention. Pulling the suv out is just a part of video.
    When you try the chains, you will have all doubt clear.

    Yes for porridge they are excellent. Need to be two of you.
    After you putted parts in front of the wheels, is important that one of you
    hold the pot behind the wheels, while other guy push the accelerator strongly.
    While holding the pot you can always add ingredients like brown sugar, cream, honey oats or nuts in front of the wheels.
    Best when is done in front of some wall on slippery ground.

    @grrunf where do i buy them

  14. whitbyjet65 says:

    @grrunf How about porridge then?

    @whitbyjet65
    Depend on stones percentage. If is only fresh wet mud, not much.
    They need a bit of solid ground like pressed snow or ice.
    Best for wet mud is good vehicle 4×4 with proper tires.
    No chains, can’t help you much there.
    Maybe they work good with mud, on motorbike. Don’t know, didn’t try.
