What is the starting hourly pay at discount tire for both part time and full time jobs? Im also in Texas, if that makes any difference.

Ive worked for the company for over 4 1/2 years. I started at 7.50 and hour and am now at 13.00 and hour. I am part time for now and am about to be promoted to assistant manager which pays salary at only 550 a week. 550 x 52 weeks = 28600 a year. Thats not including the low rate of like $2.60 an hour you work after your 44 hours of salary. Most full timers work around 44-52 hours a week. Also there is the xmas bonus, and if your store does well, you do get random bonuses. Also if you are part time, and your store has a slow day, they will send you home. So don’t think of my 13.00 as a steady income. Some weeks i work 10 hours, others i work 30-45. Ive worked only 20 hours in a month before….not to safe. Oh also i’m in the Detroit region. I do know that Texas is a very good region for the company.
