Question by Justin F: Bought an ipod on ebay and it came with no charging cable or headphones?
Hi,
I bought an ipod nano on ebay, and it arrived today, but with no charging cable or accessories. The seller says as these were not listed on the original advert I should not have expected them, but surely it is the other way around, they should have clearly listed them as not coming with it?.. There was nothing at all on the advert to make me suspect they would not come with it and it is kind of useless without them.
You wouldn’t sell a car and then tell the buyer “tough” when it arrives with no tyres or seats because “I didn’t specifically say it came with tyres and seats”.. right?

On ebay, don’t expect more than is shown in ad, the seller did not have to tell you… Sorry to say.

You could return it and get your money back if the seller accepts returns. The only other option is to buy your own headphones and charging cable. The seller was just trying to scam you and give you less for your money…it’s happened to me more than once on ebay.
